The 25t/h powdered and washed edible salt project in Uzbekistan, for which our company undertook the process technology design, full-site construction installation guidance, technical training, and commissioning, has now been put into normal and stable operation.
The project is located in the Kungrad region of northern Uzbekistan, bordering Kazakhstan, and boasts abundant salt lake resources. Due to the impact of the mining environment and the varying sedimentation of the salt layers at the lakebed, the raw salt contains significant impurities and is heavily contaminated. To ensure product quality, the design adopts a basic process flow involving two-stage crushing and three-stage washing, while incorporating the Botai elutriator and hydraulic washer, forming a new process system adapted to the local conditions.
From on-site installation to commissioning, the entire construction period took only 8 months, achieving success in the first trial operation.
