    New Built Salt Refinary: Multi-effect Evaporation

    Salt Refining：

    Hebei 300,000 tons/year Saturated Brine Salt Plant Project

    We supplied the whole plant design, equipment selection and fabrication, on-site modification and installation, commissioning, start-up and training. Started in 2019 and completed in 2020, the client was satisfied with the speed and the quality.

    Salt Refinery: 4-effect remodeled to MVR

    ME remodeled to MVR:

    Shandong 4-effect Remodeled to MVR Project

    MVR could save a lot of energy and generate more benefits. Through our delicate design, mature technologies and project management, utilizing the old building and main evaporation fabrications, the remodeling project was started in Sep. 2022 and completed on time in Mar. 2023. The plant is expected to recoup the investment by 2025.

    Combined Production of Salt and Sodium Sulfate

    Combined Production of Salt and Sodium Sulfate:

    Jiangsu 1.2 million tons/year Salt Plant Project

    This plant is under construction, started in 2022 and expected to be completed in 2024. We participate in the whole project, from design and installation guidance, to commissioning and start-up once the plant is operational.

    Bromine Extraction

    Bromine Extraction from Salt Works:

    Hebei 4,000 tons/year Bromine Extration Project

    We adopt air blowing technology for bromine extraction, which is energy-efficient, reduces the bromine content in the waste liquid, and has achieved a significant increase in the output of bromine.

    Salt Refinery: Industrial Wastewater Treatment

    Wastewater Purification:

    Sichuan Salt Factory Wastewater Treatment Project

    Through our leading evaporation and crystallization systems, process water and salts from industrial wastewater can be recycled during production or safely discharged.
